Is this real-money poker?
No. PokerGala’s current beta uses virtual play chips. There are no real-money purchases, cash prizes or cash redemption. Chips, gifts and collection items have no cash-out option.
Do I need my camera on?
A camera is required for live human seats. You can preview it before joining and control your microphone separately. Solo computer practice and poker rival challenges do not require a camera.
Can I bring my own group?
Yes. Create a private table, invite accepted friends, or use a private invite link. Leagues also help you plan poker nights. Table limits, permissions and available stakes are shown in the app.
What if I’m new to Omaha?
Omaha gives you four hole cards. You must use exactly two of them with exactly three board cards. PokerGala uses Pot-Limit Omaha. Explore the Academy and Omaha poker rivals to get comfortable before joining a live table.
How do tournament prizes work?
Sit & Go and Nightly Gala entry is free. Play-chip prizes must be funded from the community reserve; availability and the pool are shown before entry. There are no cash prizes. The nightly schedule is displayed in your local time in the app.
Can I control sounds, effects and reading sizes?
Yes. Settings includes sound and display options, card and text sizing, and quieter effects. Music and effects controls are separate from other players’ voices. The website also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Where can I check updates or report a problem?
Visit What’s new for releases and the current Android download. In the app, Help & bug reports lets you describe a problem and optionally attach a screenshot. Check screenshots for private information before sending.
